Loved the animal motifs in Mim Pi’s 2011 summer collection. Already got two of the dresses, two skirts, and two tops with the cute deer and puppy motifs for Zaara. Love the deer jumper dress in denim that is so true to Mim Pi’s bohemian style. And you know how I love a bargain. Why pay $113 (original price) for it, when you can get it for only $56.50 at My Lil Darlings Children’s Boutique.

Here is another one of my Mim Pi favorites – The Angel Dress (available at Trendy Bebe for US$39.75). The dress  is stunning in its simplicity. The green piping on the dark navy dress really pops. Does not come with the green tulle skirt.  Honestly, tulle skirts are dime a dozen. I bought a green one for Zaara from Naartajie for US$14.99 (would point you to it, but it seems to be sold out) in case I wanted her to wear one under the Mim Pi dress,  but it looks just as lovely without it.

Absolutely love the quirky Mim Pi spring collection with the Blyth and deer motifs. Just ordered a couple of dresses from Smugbaby. The Mim Pi Doll Polka Dot Dress in blue is still available in size 10 (US$33). Also heart the Pink 2 School bubble skirt with matching deer top available at Adorables Children’s Boutique for a mere US$29.96 (size 2 only). The bubble skirt is stunning! The cute deers on the top and the contrast with black and polka dot fabric makes this outfit really stand out.  But I kept the best for last: The Free Hugs Floral Jumper from the funky and fabulous winter collection. The photo here doesn’t do it justice. We’ve had people oohing and aahing everytime Zaara has worn hers. Absolutely unique in its use of bright red embroidery on stark black, and leather belt and shoulder straps. Yours for only US$53.99 at Adorables (sizes 4,5,8) and worth every penny.
