Room Seven and Oilily are owned by a Dutch mother-daughter duo (daughter Brecht Olsthoorn owns Room Seven, while mummy is the founder of Oilily), and I love their designs, but their dresses and bags often end up having the same look and feel. Just take a look at the Room Seven Divio Blue Idee Dress (US$82.5 for sizes 4 and 6 at Everything But the Princess boutique; US$77 at Little Skye Boutique) and the Oilily Daysie Blue Sensa Dress (US$96 for sizes 3 and 4).  How similar are the two fabrics? Having said that, both the dresses are lovely. I’m leaning more towards the Room Seven dress for Zaara though.

Room Seven diaper bags make me go “oooooooh” and “aaaahhh.” Their color mixture, texture and fabric are just unique. Just picture yourself carrying the Sole Mio 2010 bag. Irresistible. Comes with a matching changing pad. Expensive at US$136.5 (reduced from US$195 in Little Dudes and Divas) but really worth it if you are looking for something totally “different.” Remember, you’ll be using this bag for the next 3/4 years. A bargain at US$130. The Red Flower Embroidery bag  is also exceptional with its vibrant colours in corduroy and sequins and a good price at US$1130 in Little Dudes and Divas. And here is a messenger bag style denim diaper bag that Daddy dearest will be  proud to tote: Tiger for President diaper bag by Room Seven (reduced from US$118 to US$76 at the same boutique).  Room Seven has Zaara’s vote for diaper bags!
